Like I added a class to create a google site map on demad whenever google webmaster tools wants it, could just as easily convert that to create RSS feeds I would think.

Basically want a module/template combo that can create and display thumbnails of rss feeds from other rsgalleries? That would rock! Darned good idea, and I moved it to the top of my todo list. Doesn't do it for specific gallery (yet), but has been working for me for whole site.
