this is located in the configuration of rsgallery2, where you enabled the comment feature

rsitems was never designed for 1.5, it needs to be upgraded, this is probably a result from that lack of compatibility

with the ACL feature, there should be no need to have two instances, and try not to post in topics that are two years old, versions of Joomla and rsgallery2 differ to much

the acl feature will allow you to set the access and write level per gallery, so there should be no problem with that

you can try a couple of things, not sure if they'll work though:
- specify a wider width in the backend of the module
- use .rsg2_slideshow table and/or .rsg2_slideshow table td to try to align it

well the module was never designed for 1.5 so that would be your problem
