As general rule, I have changed to default template but had same problem

Show My Galleries=on
Allow user create album=on

Because you are not using UTF-8 encode
You can either change your website to UTF-8 encode or change the language file to the encode you are using

Those basic solutions are done but I post this error.
Changed to J! default template doesn't help for this time.

I wonder how this happen, sever time out, while other components are all working well.
BTW, my hosting said their server are working properly.

I got a HTTP 500 Error on IE 7 and a blank page on FF 2

That's funny, I can confirm it crashed w/ mod flashrotator at least.
When I unpublished the mod flashrotator, the RGgallery2 goes well.

Debug mode is okay.
