[SVN-780] Not a bug, but an idea for comment system
I think that it could be useful to allow that users from frontend could enable or disable commenting on their own galleries. Right now, you can only enable or disable commenting for all galleries...
I happens the same with votings. May be that some users wants to be voted but may be that another users does not want to be commented or voted.
