Any plans for the following features?

Voting only once per username (cookies are easy to clear)
Image owner cannot vote for their own images
Hits - ability to set minimum hit frequency (currently you can click as many times as you like and become the owner of the most popular image)
Gallery tab not visible if user not permitted to create gallery (creates confusion)
Images and comments linked to CB user
