Can you please explain how the parameters work on Manage Comments. I am trying to insert an anchor as Code Template, but it converts all of the equal signs to &mosEquals;.

Never mind, thanks anyway. It turns out that someone wrote custom code to add parameters. Now I have to figure out why it isn't working. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! What a mess!
