Hello

I just downloaded RSGALLERY2 for the first time and installed it. I am trying to upload images, but getting the following error:

Warning: copy(.home.httpd/vhosts/shortscoots.com/httpdocs/CMS/uploadfiles/1/jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vhosts/shortscoots.com/httpdocs/CMS/administrator/components.com_rsgallery/config.rsgallery.php on line 1428

This was with ImageMagick selected (version 5.5.6 was detected)

I then changed it to NETPBM and was able to upload images successfully, but the would not show up on the site:

Please help if ya can.

BTW - I did create the directory \'uploadfiles\' in my Mambo root folder \'CMS\'

should be fixed in beta 2.  i just finished rewriting the upload code.

Hi,
I\'m getting the same problem but with and extra error:

Warning: copy(/home/domain/public_html/uploadfiles/image.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/domain/public_html/administrator/components/com_rsgallery/admin.rsgallery.php on line 628

I tried to do manual thumbnails, but get the same error.

Suggestions?

We are currently developing the RSgallery2 component (build on RSgallery 2.0 beta, notice the difference in the name!). Alpha versions of RSgallery2 can be downloaded from our dev site. Note that they will not function correctly, as they are alpha versions.

RSgallery 2.0 beta can still be downloaded from http://mamboforge.net/projects/rsgallery/, but this is also buggy. RSgallery2 beta will come out in due time (we are getting closer and closer), and will become the best, fully integrated Joomla! gallery component out there.
