Hello.
I set up a category for my users to upload to (I\'m using beta1) but my users have reported that they can\'t select the category when trying to upload.
Is this a known problem? Any workarounds if so?

Replying to myself... here\'s a more detailed test case.

Step 1. Create a category in the admin backend;
Step 2. Log in as user with only public frontend access (up to Publisher status);
Step 3. Acess the gallery and click on the upload icon.

Expected behavior:

The category in the admin backend should be available for uploads.

Actual behavior:

The category is not displayed among the ones you can choose from, , unless you are logged in as admin.

I\'ve got the same... I made different categories, and as myself i could upload as much as i would, but when someone else (even when i set them as super admins) tries to upload, they can pick no category at all... :/

Same problem here.. And I\'m using 1.10.6.
This really needs to be fixed.

no.  too busy fixing bugs elsewhere.

development continues however, and it\'s either this or backend that will be done next.

see my post on the frontpage and vote as you feel necessary.

Due to time constraints, I have taken a step back from RSGallery2.  In the event of an emergency, you will need to PM me.
