I think you have the best gallery to have as joomla-plugin as the others are undependent software or not working well. But there needs to be done a lot of work:
- image loading based on ajax
- sorting (preferable ajax)
- filmstrip
- permissions
- Making it usable for a normal webalm with 3000+ photos. (getting rid of the \'my iamges\').
- upload by mail/pop3


I need a gallery not for every user, but globally for the whole site. Only members can upload photos, but only selected people can put them in albums. I have such a home-brew photoalbum for my CMS, but I\'m too lazy to rewrite the plugin to Joomla.
