Hello. My english is not well, so.... pls be patient

Please make:
1. public galleries in which can uploads any registered users
2. any user can make his gallery public for adding images by someone else. If user wants to unpublic his gallery but in it is images of other users then unpublic only his pictures but not all of gallery, because at that time gallery isn't his. It becomes public and becomes the common property of the people.
3. comments on gallery and images
4. browse by gallery, browse by autor
5. any image can be in more than one gallery. tag system like youtube? => browse by tag ?!
6. moderators for gallery. autor of each gallery is the first moderator of this gallery. He can levelup other users to moderator. Super admin of joomla can make super moderators for all galleries.
7. voting for images. best by today, by week, by month, etc. any reg.user can vote for each image only ones and can change his vote to another choice at any time

PS I see a collision between 2 and 6, cause moderator can delete all not his images and then unpublic gallery. need to think...

At now RSGallery2 gallery has really potencial to be the greatest.
And I hope it'll be the best of the best of the best in the near future.
