Some of my users want to show the image with a link on our forum in their discussions.  I've searched the board and realized this must be possible with some sort of mambot?  Can anyone point me to which one I'm looking for?

Right now the link they get from right clicking an image is a temp file that changes.  I'm sure someone has figured this out..  I appreciate the help!

Yes there are mambots that support this with the current SVN, although unless the forum that you are using is directly integrated into Joomla!, not a bridge.  For example. FireBoard. Does not support any type of mambot/plugin

I am using Fireboard.  So that means it's possible right?  What mambot would I need to make that function?  Thanks for the insight.

As far as I know yes it will work, it is in the SVN called rsg2_singledisplay -> displays single images and rsg2_display -> displays whole galleries with template, although these both only work with the latest SVN.  Don't hold me to saying yes that it will without question  work in FireBoard, because I have not tried it, but I am pretty sure that mambots/plugins work inside of fireboard

Hmm.

Well, I'll admit my ignorance here and ask what to do with it.  I followed the link and was able to view the code although now I'm not quite certain what to do with it.  Any help you can lend would be greatly appreciated before I butcher something attempting what I think might be the right answer.  Thanks.

Well, I zipped the files up and uploaded them.  It seemed to be a successful install, but no luck getting it to work.  I'll continue the quest.
