Hi,

as it appears, the Joomforge bugtracker isn't used. We don't mind this, but we do need a system to organise our bugs.
That is why we have come up with a tagging system that is very similar to the Joomla! tagging system.

In the subject line of the thread, the tags will be place between straight brackets [].

[Priority, status, RSGallery2 version, assigned dev]

Priority Prefixes:

[LOW]
  • This bug is of low priority.

[MED]
  • This bug is of medium priority.

[HIGH]
  • This bug is of high priority.

[CRIT]
  • This bug is of critical priority.  Used for major problems and serious security issues.

Status Prefixes:

[NOT BUG]
  • An item that has been confirmed as not being a bug.
  • Be careful in designating this prefix and moving threads.  Just because one person cannot confirm it does not mean it isn't a bug.

[INFO REQD]
  • Where more information is required to understand the nature of the report.

[UNDER REVIEW]
  • A bug report is being reviewed and examined to verify whether it is a valid bug.

[CONFIRMED]
  • The bug report is confirmed and reproducible.

[UNCONFIRMED]
  • The bug report has been tested but has not yet been confirmed as a valid bug.

[PENDING]
  • A solution or fix is pending.
  • This status should be set by the Developer(s) working on the particular report.

[FIXED]
  • The problems is fixed in official SVN

[KNOWN ISSUE]
  • The report is confirmed but cannot be fixed within the current series, as it may require to large and architectural change
