how do you uninstall a theme in 1.14? looks like this is missing. makes it impossible (afaik) to upgrade an existing theme!

Uninstall RSGallery2 and reinstall RSGallery2.  You will not lose anything except for all the RSG2 templates you installed.  All your galleries and pictures will still be there.

The functionality didn't make it in time for the release of 1.14.0, but uninstalling a template will be there in 1.14.1.
