RSgallery2 support forums / Display and Templates / Re: What causes this in Semantic (screenshot attached)

Ok, here is what the developer of the highslideJS script told me: "This Joomla template uses an old version of Highslide. The problem is fixed in newer version, so either you should upgrade the Highslide files, or ask the template supplier to upgrade."By joomla template, he means photogallery template. So I went ahead and just downloaded the latest version of highslide and overwrote the .js file. Now when I click the image, the loading graphic pops up in the correct place, however, it just hangs there and the picture never pops up. Any ideas? Here is a link: http://tinyurl.com/yqkc3x

I wouldn't mind using the semantic template, however, the pop up pops up in the wrong place on the page when I click on the picture. Is there a way to fix that in the CSS or something simple like that? The popup works correctly in the supercleanHS.

Developers corner / Nightly Builds for RSGallery2 Legacy, J1.5 or J1.0 - Now Reopened! / Is there a NB for Semantic template?

Hi, I'm looking for a NB for the Semantic template as the current version 2.0 doesn't pop up the picture correctly. I have a 1024 width template centered in the web space but when I click on the photo to open it, it pops up off to the right and down. Is there a way to correct this in the current version of the template? This does not happen with the current NB of the supercleanHS template, the popup comes up in the center likes it's supposed to so this leads me to believe that this can be fixed, somehow. This happens in both firefox 2 and IE 7, here is a link: http://tinyurl.com/29v4ksThanks for any help you can offer =)

Thanks Ronald, I downloaded and installed the latest nightly build, along with the latest supercleanHS template which is quite nice. Although it appears the captcha for comments won't matter if I use that template because it doesn't allow for commenting on photos.

I've downloaded and installed the latest nightly build along with your supercleanHS template. It's working perfectly with firefox 2.x and IE 7 Just one question - with your template, there is no facility for commenting, correct? We're just able to see the nice popup with the description on it?

Hmm, I thought nightly builds were complex code that only programmers knew what to do with. If it's an installable component just like the stable release versions, I'll happily give it a try.. Do you have a link to the latest one?

Yes, I too would like to know about deleting comments, or having some sort of captcha to avoid spammers. I'm using the latest stable, I think it's 1.13.1 or something like that? If I can't delete comments, this is a major problem which would prevent me from using RSGallery2 =(
