RSGallery2 1.14.1 Alpha - SVN 709

I've tried tons of releases, and none seems to have a working description field
the alpha version won't even install for me, so I'm strictly nightly builds now

if you include the description when you upload, its fine
but you can't EDIT the description after you upload

apply or save don't work when you try to add description text and save
it just says "done."
but erases whatever you put in the description field

would also be super cool, if we could remove the label that says "Description"
I'm trying to find it in the code and remove just the label...but havn't found it yet in the code

workaround is:
add your description text at the same time as you upload.

RSgallery2 version: 1.13.1
RSgallery2  slideshow 1.2.2

the main gallery
is one long vertical column of thumbnails

I'd like to have 2 rows of 4 thumbnails instead

none of the switches seem to work yet, for rows and columns
in the backend..

any help is much appreciated

I tried the SVN version, and the nightly builds
maybe those switches are working now in the latest build
(but then the module doesn't work, and I need the module too)

need some more basic control
like setting the size of the display
and a slideshow function of course would be excellent
no controls, just a crossfading slideshow of whatever gallery is assigned to that display instance

would be great if it worked like the rsGallery_slideshow module...
(which doesn't seem to work with com_rsgallery2._svn_rev_254)

would be excellent to have both the slideshow module working (works fine with the release version of the component)
and a display mambot that did slideshows (just a little square)
with a size setting for the mambot

DISPLAY mambot needs a few more parameters I think
especially a size setting at least
and hopefully a slideshow template
that just does crossfading slideshows

crossfading like rsGallery_slideshow module does
that thing works GREAT with the stable release version of the component

and I don't see an SVN for mod_RSgallery_slideshow

I got the DISPLAY bot to work
but I don't see how to resize it easily from the admin
the photoBox template is pretty cool
but not sure how to resize it

is that a module? or a mambot?
the "plg" made me think it was for joomla 1.5...

I guess if it breaks, i can uninstall the SVN
and put the old component back up

first I uninstall the component (and leave the RSgallery_slideshow module I'm guessing)
then install the SVN version of the component

I have  RSgallery2  slideshow 1.2.2 installed and works great
but I don't see an SVN version of that one
so I guess just leave it installed

which is the mambot for putting a slideshow into the content?

I don't see that file you mentioned
to set where it goes when you click on the mambot

and havn't spotted the setting in the code in mod_rsgallery2_slideshow.php

it automatically goes to the pictures detail page when you click on the module

how can I change where it GOES when you click on the module?
anyone know which file that setting is in?

I want it to go to: the gallery thumbnail page
with all the galleries
not to that specific photo that is on the slideshow (which works GREAT if that's where you want it to go)

It's finished, but it depends on 1.14.0, so shortly after 1.14.0 is released mambots (plugins) to insert galleries and individual pictures will be released.
