When a visitor wants to browse through a gallery quickly, their instinct would be to hover over the next button and bang away on it.  I have moved the navbar to the top of the screen in hopes of making this possible.

But I have looked at the code for PageNav and am really baffled.   I think in order to have the NEXT button stationary on the screen, all of the elements would have to be wrapped in fixed width divs.  Then single digit vs double digit page numbers would not cause the NEXT button to flop around. 

Still, there is a problem when you reach the end of the gallery and there are no longer 10 items in the list.  It gets shorter and the NEXT button would unavoidably move.  But perhaps a static NEXT button would be useful some of the time.

Any thoughts, or maybe a hack?  Using J1.0.15 and svn679
