[NOT A BUG]Template white on white in tables in My Galleries

Where do I change the text color or the bg color on these tables?

table.adminform td{
background-color:transaparent;
}

in whatever template you use for your gallery.

I am experiencing the same issue on a black background. I tried the fix you suggested and it is not working. I'm using the default template on Joomla 1.0.15
