ok, RSGallery is a fabulous product, without a shadwo of a doubt BUT!

I posed a question on this forum last week about displaying a snapshot of the RSGallery on my front page, which hopefully can rotate and link to the RSGallery page....simple request right?! You'd think!  A week later and almost 200 views, not a single response. I noted from other posts on this forum that I am not alone, clearly NO ONE from RSGallery ever monitor this forum, so people are left frustrated and tied up in a waiting loop. IT IS PAINFUL!!!

RSGallery are not alone, I have downloaded lots of Joomla components and wanted to dsiplay a snapshot of it on the front page, something that lots of people want to do, from the latest comments in a blog, to the latest pictures posted. And there is nerver ever any help you can wait weeks until someone suggests of out pity some idea you had already tried. Gavick Pro was the only component forum where they actually monitor and make sure questions are answered which is pretty good.

I feel that RSGallery need to pull up their socks and support their product some how, I know it is free, but I woudl have been happy to pay for support,as I have no choice now but to rip out this component and use something else as I cannot take the PAIN of silence any more Angry

I suggest if the owners ever read this forum, that you have a Paid for service as well, so people who need to get results fast can get results fast!
