Can not able to create OR Access  Gallaries 

Whenever i try to access galleries its returns only this meesege


 Gallery Manager      Max Levels            Filter:     
ID       Name    Published    Reorder    Order    Save Order    # Items    Hits
117       Priyamani    Unpublished         Move Down       RSGallery2: Access denied to gallery 117
