yes it is a problem of translation, moving thread to language board
you can add images to this forum like so:

about the problem, go to your language file and add the translation to it, you are missing the tranlations from:
...GAL_DETAILS_OWNER -> Owner
...GAL_DETAILS_SIZE -> Size (as in number of pictures)
...TMPL_GFAL_SUBGALLERIES -> Subgalleries
...GAL_UPLO -> Uploaded
