not getting all the download?

I have a Coloring section in my Gallery where a user can download a pic to Print out and color.
The problem is I can only get 3 quarters of the pic when downloading?
I don't know if it is a Firefox problem or software problem?

Well it's not Firefox I tried Explorer with the same results?
Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same issue with rs 1.14.0 alpha. Few %, about 10% from whole image are corrupted but rest displaying correctly. Original files are ok, double-checked.

Somebody help us Roll Eyes

because it's serious issue.
