Can not delete image from frontend

I am running Joomla 1.5 and everything seems to work fine except the users can not delete an image. The icons are there, and when you click on the delete image, you are prompted "Are you sure you want to delete this image?". I do not get any errors but it does not delete the image!

The user can create, upload, edit, etc... but they can not delete?

Please help.

I'm having this issue as well, even when I try to delete from the front end logged in as an admin.

Running Joomla 1.5.6 and RSG2 1.14.3
