umm, should I change the .ini file? I get this warning all over the place.

Just a note, that relying on suppressing warnings to fix things can be dangerous - It seems that what is flagged as a warning in php4 is often an error in php5 (i think this is one of them). As you\'r still in the initial stages of building the component it might be a good idea to try and fix these sooner rather than later. If you could fix all the evil short php tags aswell that would be appreciated.
