Hi everyone.  Please download the latest nightly (>=577) and test upgrading.  It pretends to be 1.12.2 and uses a new upgrade procedure I just wrote.  1.12.2 will be released once this new upgrade procedure is proved solid.

If you have the time, testing upgrading from all the versions below individually would constitute a completely thorough test.  If you don't have the time, even just upgrading from one of the versions would be great.  Note that before installing an old version you must completely remove the RSG2 db tables.

Versions for a complete upgrade test:

1.10.14
1.11.0
1.11.7
1.11.10
1.11.11
1.12.1

Please reply with which version you tested and on what platform (os, web server, php and mysql versions).  Also tell what features you had used before upgrading (created galleries, voted on pictures, etc.)  Turn on debug in Global Configuration so that any errors will be more informative.

If you discover an error unrelated to the upgrade, please post in a new thread instead of replying to this one.

Full removal, when debug is on, doesn't delete table #__rsgallery2_acl and the directory fonts and the font arial.tff

Dear Jonah

It works all fine on my sites, I got no problems Cheesy. Only problem that I got  was no groupupload in back end (it has sometimes errors  Huh), but they where uploaded. I will check with latest nightly build if this is still the case, many thanks for this superb Joomla component to all person working on this.

I have a site with +/- 3600 images running on RSGallery and it works just fine. Grin

Thanks Hans.  1.12.2 is imminent now.  Probably as soon as the forge is up long enough for us to make a release...
