As of this posting things appear to work on a fresh install.  However, don't complain yet about any errors and don't write any templates at the moment because the code is in a serious state of flux!  Watch this thread for updates...

NOTE: You will need to change your template in the backend.  Tables is the new default.

as of 668 most things appear to be working.  got some frontend and backend fixes still coming however.  more to follow.

PHP Warning: template(C:/Inetpub/..../com_rsgallery2/templates/default/index.php) [function.template]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\......\components\com_rsgallery2\rsgallery2.php on line 288

is what I get on the link from my menu to the component.

One note,

The whole directory was missing...!!   Grin

I restored them in the latest svn, but still got the above error

main functions in the latest now should work (xml installer had not been updated).

Note: you will need to set your template in the backend.  tables is the new default.

it's not done yet though, so expect some buggyness and don't bother reporting said bugs till I let you know.  :-)

templates can also now be specified in $_REQUEST with the rsgTemplate variable.  that means you can say &rsgTemplate=whatever to specify a template.

as of 673 the edit file buttons in the backend now work.

The main remaining thing to be done is organize the code better in the Tables template.  I believe there are still some misc bugs to track down.

After that we can crank out some more templates!

the default Tables template is under major rewrite.  the other supported default, Semantic, is incomplete.  DO NOT report bugs when using these templates.  watch here (or in the logs) as to when it is ready for testing.

while it is not finished, the Tables template is working again.  all features that were previously working should be working again as of r693.  test away and report any bugs!
