What's that all about? Useful to whom?

There doesn't seem to be an option or area
where it is defined... IOW I can't find the
option to kill it;~) Is there an option?

I can see from the CSS shadows/outlines that
to screen the darned thing takes up a column
which could be more usefully occupied by a
then unwrapped title and/or description.

----best wishes, Robert

To disable the 'U' things...
RSG2 config | display | front page | Display Status Icons = no
...but doing such may disable other stuff appearing(?).

What it doesn't do is actually recover the formatted screen
space the 'U' thing previously occupied or took up...:~|
Does something else 'need'to go in there at some point?

WWW

the Display status icons is indeed to enable or disable these icons, they are used for user upload

the space the take up isn't reserverd for anything else at this point, so removing it in the template wouldn't cause any problems

Candidly... shouldn't this (the reuse of the space previously
taken up by the 'user' stuff) actually be properly recovered
by the template's design when the option is disabled;~)
