Voting is indeed not working yet. I am fixing this now.
What do you mean by missing images? Don't the images exist on your filesystem or don't they display properly?

Can you check your filesystem because they are in SVN.
Can you also check what path the images are trying to resolve?(right click on the missing image and check path).
