SVN 228 - Stil not working

There is still a problem with:

- Settings are overwritten by default and you can't change them. (rights are oke)
- Template chooser isn't working, you can't change to another template

For some reason the config (this also handles the default template choice) isn't working properly anymore. I'm looking at it tomorrow.
